Well... I had a bit more sodium than normal yesterday and I did double the work out, so I'm guessing water retention. No letting it get me down, I was shocked it was going down so fast to begin with. 1lb a week was my goal, and hey, it's doing that!

Marina Brasil Big whoosh and then a big gain. XD That's sort of how it looks in my graph, only not big whooshing and a big gain, more like small little gains and then one big whoosh.
