I spent last week doing spring break things with the kids. Went to a water park. Had a blast. I calculated just under 3000 to 5000 calories burned depending on which swimming I clicked on. So I am thinking the lower end calories. I did an hour of zumba on sunday. Felt great but I had a dream I had wings and they were getting ripped out. Woke up in the morning so sore in my shoulder blades. I took a few days off. Hubby thinks its combination of last week and then the zumba for being so sore. I lost weight finally. Yay. I went to the doc on tuesday said it was 308 but I had all my clothes and shoes on. Today after my workout and shower I weighed 304. So I am going to go with my scale. I don't feel skinnier. Jeans/sweats are tighter but my belly overhang isn't hanging down as much and feels like its starting to move back up if that makes sense.
Have 4-8 inches of snow coming tonight/tomorrow. Spring will come when?? lol




way to go....I get so board on the treadmill...even listening to music, news or books. I would much rather walk outside but then I get so far away from the bathroom!!
