So exciting!!!
I always consider myself to be me lowest recent weight even if I bounce up a bit -- as long as I haven't gone off plan. I almost always do bounce up a little bit after a loss. Sometimes I'll lose for two or three days running, but then bounce up a bit, or sometimes it's after the first day. But I think we are really that lower weight, the bounce up is NOT a gain in fat, kwim?
I'm down, too!

I am really looking forward to getting under my old low of 173.
