I lost 1.2 lbs - not great, but I'll definitely take it! It's been a week of trying to get the balance between eating enough to exercise effectively but not so much that my weight loss stalls, so I wasn't expecting a great loss.
It was this week that I really began to feel the grip food used to have on me loosening. Now, when I think about eating, I am suddenly thinking "what can I eat that will give my body the right fuel at the right time?" rather than "what can I eat that will make me feel better emotionally right now?" That's not to say I don't enjoy my food, though
