Not quite as significant as week 1. But.... I only exercised twice AND I wanted to see the effect one off plan meal per week would have. I had tomato and green pepper pizza and red wine for a True Blood date with hubby on Sunday! Guess without significant exercise to offset it, one meal can have a profound effect on loss. At this weight, I should be losing 5 lbs a week in the beginning!
