most of my workout DVDs have lunges in some form or another even some of my cardio so this is something I come across multiple times a week. I don't consider lunges/squats cardio

, but I can either follow them or modify. I blame my balance on how much I hate lunges because I spend more time tipping over/catching balance than lunging. I do have a broomstick I hold onto sometimes but in some of the workouts this is impractical.
I have a lot of muscle naturally so this isn't a matter of building more to shape my body this is maintaining what I have already, and I just enjoy weightwork.
