  • This is great
Thank you for setting up the challenge spreadsheet. I am hoping this would be a good motivator for me to stay on the diet.
  • I'm in!! Fun!
  • hoo hoo...this is fun!
  • Just signed up! This is awesome
  • I'm sorry I didn't post an update on time this week--I hurt my back (I thought) and was out--not much movement! Hopefully next week will be better!
Interestingly I just read in the recent Harper's Magazine that a sore back may be a sign of detoxing to those on a fast (or perhaps low calorie diet). Anyway, not sure of the reasons but hope to be more up to date!
  • Just checking in... Weight loss was 0, but I lost 2.5 in, so I guess that's good.
  • down 2 lbs this week. I started phase 2 as I decided to move my goal from 130 to 135
  • Down 3.4 this week
  • I am excited about my loss in inches this week but gained .2 pounds! Last week I had lost 2.2 pounds and no inches. My coach suggested I ad an extra packet of Ideal Protein, the Blueberry Cran-Granata Drink Mix. This drink and the IP Jelly has Collagen Protein to help shrink your skin. She said it would probably take 3 weeks to see a difference but I guess not. I have been drinking this in the afternoon and it helps my hunger before my evening.
  • if I'm reading the chart correctly, I JUST MADE the set GOAL for me for the challenge
and I insane or do I need to start the happy dance

I vote for the happy dance Congratulations!!!!!
  • Gained 2 lbs but was expecting it since I was on Phase 3 for 2 weeks. I was expecting like a 5lb gain honestly, so 2lbs I am ok with, of course this was my coaches doing so I am REALLY ok with it. She knows what she is doing and I trust her. I have loss a WHOLE person so my body was content on me eating the phase 1 way so I had to shock it and feed it more, back to Phase 1 tomorrow for me to finish this journey!

Wow so just the add of a "real" protein at lunch was enough for a miniscule gain? Just interesting bc Phase 2 is still so low carb/cal/etc. I would've expected no loss perhaps but not a gain. Nah, I'm wrong. Momentary foolishness lol. Our bodies plateau and drop inches or plateau and then shed tons with no seeming rhyme or reason. Heck, I can't wait to hear what a great success the next WI is for you--you're a rockstar!!

I skipped Phase 2 and went to Phase 3 so I had a BIG breakfast and lunch and dinner were the same. Even though I gained 2lbs I still loss an inch! Next week should be interesting that is for sure....lol
