  • I'm back! 104 degrees in Central Tx today. Sure makes a girl wanna work out, but I did! Was on vacation all last week and slacked the gym a bit in favor of long days at the beach and zoo instead.

    880 + 55 minutes @ gym = 935

  • Haven't posted since Monday! Thanks Vortex. It isn't cooling off at all. Terrible. I wish for a week of downpours.

    Personal time, cardio/ weights last 3 days brings me up to 1080 minutes. 20 minutes from my personal goal!

  • I know I'm starting really late...but I spent an hour weedeating today...I know it doesn't sound like exercise but I was swinging that thing for all I was worth. By the time I was done I was soaking in sweat and my arms felt like jello!

  • No worries, Rachel, the thinking here is--if you count it as exercise, we count it as exercise! Sure sounds like sweaty work to me.

    35 minutes "Pilates for Inflexible People" for me today. Gosh, if that's the modified version, what's the real thing like?

    Yahoo, I'm going to make my goal this month. I think this is the first time I've made 1000!

  • O.K. I know today has just begun, but I know I won't be exercising today.
    I did not reach my goal. but I came fairly close. My goal was 1600 minutes and I ended up with 1505, so still not too bad. I am going to listen to my pain and put a hold on the pool exercises for several days.
