Feeling good about today. I actually saddled my horse and went on a trail ride this afternoon. First time I've ridden in months. It was a beautiful day. Best wished to everyone on this challenge.

btw my hubby is not on the forums but is going to try to lose 10lbs this month as well. He is not disclosing his weight at this time, but I put him on the SS so that I can help him track his pounds lost over the month

Something cool to think about...we have 53 people so far doing this challenge. If we collectively meet our goal we will be over 500lbs lighter by this time next month!
goingfor120, maybe you are getting smaller even if the scale is not moving. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Maybe your workouts are making the inches disappear instead of the pounds.
I would love to join this! I'm good at working out every day, but my eating habits have gotten really bad lately due to school stress and I've regained some weight. I've had two OP days of eating now, and could use some accountability to keep going.
