    Just back from the gym. Today I did:

    10 min - warmup elliptical
    35 min - lower body weights
    30 min - treadmill
    25 min - elliptical

    510 - 100 = 410

    I managed to do 30mins cardio this morning. I'm so grateful for this challenge, if it was for this challenge I wouldn't have done half the minutes i've put in already!

  • still snowbound, so no regular routine. did shovel snow for about 20 minutes though, so i'll count that as cardio

    It's too cold to walk outside and my house is full of plants so I can't exercise with my video can I?? Any ol' excuse will do. Shame on me-I'll try to do a little before I go to bed tonight.
  • Did 30 min. upper body today. Was aiming for cardio as well but my legs and abs still hurt from yesterday.

  • While all you girls are freezing, I don't know what's going on here, but it was 77 degrees yesterday and beautiful. And I guess it's supposed to stay that way all week!

    Total for the week, 1,460 minutes or 24.33 hours. Girls, even though we are losing some of our exercisers we are still up by 51 minutes. HOW'S THAT FOR DETERMINATION!!! A big High Five Stay Strong!

    Did anyone see the Body Challenge on Discovery Health Channel last week? They had one last year also. It's like a reality show where 3 men and 3 women compete to get fit. They have a weigh in every 2 weeks, and they give them a nutritionist and
    a trainer. If you haven't seen it, try to catch it. I think it's on Thurs.
