    ~KCM's Circuit Burn (premix Cardio, Boxing, & Sculpting) Basically, it was an upper body sculpting workout and I used weighted gloves during the Cardio and Boxing. My upper body got thoroughly worked!

    I had a 3.6 pound loss for March. I just started TTOM so I have bounced up a little. Bad timing. It would have been a little over 5 pound loss for the month.
