Bel - Hahahaha...don't feel bad...I HATE cardio classes too!

As a matter of fact I hate working out in public...period!!! That's why I invested the gym membership money in a home gym a few years ago...but that bike thingy sound waaaaaaaaaayy cool!
WOW...I really can't understand...working out the way you do...there is absolutely NO WAY you can't eat whatever you want in whatever quantities you want it...your metabolism has got to be revved to the MAX!!!! haha...I hope you enjoyed all the stuffings!
Rox - Sounds like you've been kickin butt too with all that working out. I'm feeling like a slouch here at max 70 minutes of working out. Way too go! Enjoy your day off...I took my day off yesterday...and maybe tomorrow to...I'll see how I feel!

*GREAT NEWS* NO MORE KNEE PAIN and I ran 3.1 miles today and added an addition 5 minutes pre-workout walk...and my left knee is OKEY DOKEY! Woo Hoo!!!
