  • I stepped on the scale 3 times this morning cause I couldn't believe it. I'm sure there is some water weight lost there due to eating better and drinking lots of water and being my first week!!!

    Alright, darn it, I am not thrilled, but I've had a week where I haven't followed my plan as close as I need to do. I even went to the fair and indulged in some great fair food (gyros and pineapple whip, yummy) and I also walked over 12,000 steps. I will take this gain as a sign that I need to improve all around and will do so! I want to start doing more strength training this week so I can start to firm up where the flab has left.

    I am right there with ya Amber. We went to a wedding last night, and wow. This week is going to be just as difficult. My daughters 19th birthday is Wednesday and she wants Sushi and Cheesecake "real" cheesecake HAHA.
    Oh well. At least we are back on plan and moving forward right?
