  • I hope it's not too late to join! I recently got engaged and I'm determined to lose at least 25lbs by Christmas / time to try on wedding dresses! I've tried many diets so I hope the current diet plan works but I finally came to the conclusion that support (other than my fiance ) might aid in the process.

    I was stalled at 240 for a couple weeks, not sure what I did differently but I was happy to see that 2 pound difference today!! Just 25 pounds to go!!
  • Hey, is it too late to jump in? My current goal is just to lose 15 lbs & reach a normal weight by Christmas time, but I'd love to try & push myself & see how much more I could lose! I'll aim for 30 lbs as my high goal, & 15 lbs as my minimum.

    Ugh! It hurts to see how many weeks I wasted. If only I had stuck to plan, imagine where I'd be right now. Looking back is painful! I hope I can do this! Lots of time wasted, so I'll be lucky if I hit at the very least a twenty pound loss by Christmas.

    Blah, I'm doing horrible, but I start at my new gym this week, lets hope that kicks it into gear. Last weekends trip, and thanksgiving this weekend did nothing good for my waist line, lol

    I had a horrid week, food-wise. I was down to 188.6 and ended up back in the 190's at one point but caught it, went back on track the past few days and ready to not be obese anymore (185)! Under 10 pounds to go!
