Bleh. 9 out of 20 for the month. I'm positive I won't make it to my goal for this month, but I know it's because things got in the way. Trip to Melbourne, my dad being in hospital, me being sick and having an injured foot. August is not my month haha! But the weight is still coming off so it's not the end of the world. I could unofficially count the 3 days in Melbourne since I walked SO much but I'm not going to because they weren't "workouts" as such.
