Should see a drop on the scale soon~if not I am happy with where I am Even If I Never lose another pound....Went From a super tight 20~needed a 22 To a size 7/8~I can't complain~remind me when I do!~oh And no I am not bragging! I am just trying to Be content with myself~sometimes that can be hard to do)

    Good for you! I often do the same thing. I'll report the positives but not the negatives. But by posting a gain, it helps others to see that it happens to everyone. I struggle with that, so thanks!

    Today is my 3 month anniversary. I have lost exactly 3 lbs this MONTH!! It's definitely a plateau. Gotta break it!!!
