DECEMBER - One reason you will stay on plan today

  • because I'm going to reach a new decade and hit a new mini-goal and change my chickie SOON.
  • because i'm so close to my next mini goal i can taste it
  • I am now getting compliments from men and I want it to continue alot
  • because i had a 3 lb loss from my last WI, and I want to keep it up!
  • because i want to win slimmer of the week at my slimming group next week
  • Because giving up isn't going to bring me any closer to goal either. The only way to break this plateau is to keep moving forward.
  • Because I love being able to run up the steps and not be struggling!!!
  • because I really want to move on to mini goal #3 before the New Year. I had expected to reach #2 over a month ago, and I want it done already!
  • Because I'm about to have a set a 4th mini-goal! Woot!

  • I will stay on plan today because I want my weight to start with a "1" instead of a "2"!
  • Because I had a whoosh of over four pounds this week and it was unbelievably fantastic!
  • Because I am down half a pound this morning, and I would like to continue in that direction until I (finally!) hit the 140s.
  • Because I want to have more flexibility during the holiday parties
  • Because I am capable of it!
