  • fluctuating up 0.2 to 162.8...
  • So I weighed myself b/c I won't have access to a scale until Monday - 196.8 - woo hoo! So hopefully I can keep it this way and maybe even decrease
  • I've lost 2lb this week and that takes me up to 9.5lbs since I started 2 weeks ago! Woo!!
  • ugh...up 0.4 to 153.8. hopefully just retaining water in my muscles after my long run on sunday...
  • Lost 2 lbs since I last checked.
  • I weighed in at 170.2 this morning!!

    WOOHOO!! So very close to the 160's and I'm really hoping I reach them before I go out of town this weekend.
  • 132 this morning before work out. I did see 131. 5 flicker. But alas, it was not to be!

  • Jelbb - You can blast this darn plateau!! How long has it been? I am not entirely sure how to blast thru a plateau, but search this site for it, there is probably quite a few posts!

    I didn't weigh this morning, which is good because I ate skittles for breakfast. Not too sure what I was thinking, but the rest of my day was perfect! Tomorrow morning, and it better be a good one!

  • 174 and TOM is almost over thank goodness cuz I have been eating crap

    this is officially my second lowest weight i remember being as an adult... it was sometime in college. lowest was 151.4 and that record will be shattered soon!

    funny, though, how i have some jeans that don't really fit. those must be from the 151.4 days :/
