Thanks Fat Pants! I lost the first 30 by eating less and starting to exercise. It was slow going...it takes a lot of motivation for me to exercise. 3FC has helped me get VERY motivated though!!Originally Posted by Fat Pants

I started a 21 day challenge (only 3 days into it) but I think it's going good. My goal is to workout everyday. YIKES!! We'll see how it goes.
