    I think you added your overall total instead of just the 115, so....

    Group total = 6,427 + 115 = 6,542

  • No problems, usually Heather catches them, but as she's off I thought I'd step in. Nah, just lucky that I noticed.

    Adding lots of walking today. I'm having a hard time pining it down. I had the HR monitor on for 2h50m but I'm pretty sure I sat down for about 15-20 mins of that. So let's call it 2h30m (it was probably a little more as I did turn the monitor off for a bit at one point).

    Group total: 6,542 + 150 = 6,692
  • 33 minutes / 6.11 miles on the stationary bike

    July ~ 624 + 33 = 657 mins / 114.13 + 6.11 = 120.24 miles

    Group ~ 6692 + 33 = 6725
  • 45 minutes gym

    My total 1417 + 45 = 1462

    Group 6725 + 45 = 6770
  • 21 mins exercise bike (5 miles) + 6770 = 6791 minutes

    Total miles biked = 65 miles

    Total minutes = 314
  • 40 minutes elliptical plus 2 minutes cool down.

    42 + 6791 = 6833
  • 50 minutes treadmill

    1462 + 50 = 1512

    Group = 6833 + 50 = 6883
  • Strength training - 90 mins (includes cardio warm-up and HIIT at the end)

    Group total: 6,883 + 90 = 6,973
  • Former Group total 6,973 + 405 Minutes for me this week = 7,378 New Group Total.
  • 33 minutes / 6.03 miles on the stationary bike

    July ~ 657 + 33 = 690 mins / 120.24 + 6.03 = 126.27 miles

    Group ~ 7378 + 33 = 7411
  • 45 minutes gym this morning

    1512 + 45 = 1557 for me

    Group 7411 + 45 = 7456
  • 46 mins exercise bike (12 miles) + 7456 = 7502 minutes

    Total miles biked = 77 miles

    Total minutes = 350
  • 80 mins strength training (with cardio warm-up)

    Group total: 7,502 + 80 = 7,582
