Lots of walking this month. Walking with hubby, walking on my own, walking in parks, walking around my old home town, walking on the treadmill... oh, and a 'little' jogging, but that didn't last long as I got a little carried away and was aching for DAYS afterwards. I need to learn to move SLOWLY into jogging intervals.
Personal Goal... 1370/1200 - putting me 170 ABOVE my goal.
Group Total... 8102 + 1370 = 9472
I was quite pleased with myself, considering that I have been sick this past week (AGAIN!) and didn't exercise the last few days of the month.
