May 4:
58 minutes heavy, sweating housework
May 5: 4 mile jog/walk
62 minutes. Hauling yard debris and bags of grass and sticks and wood
58 minutes. Misc additional yard work and house work 2 more hours I won't count today. But I'm pooped!
May 6:
88 minutes-combo of 48 minute treadmill walk, 40 minutes running up and down stairs, climbing ladders and hauling stuff to the attic. I put it all in a huge pile first and moved it all at once to work up a sweat! : )
May 7:
32 minute lunchtime walk
May 8:
60 minutes treadmill, 4.1 mph average! Getting stronger!
May 9:
22 minutes outside walk
28 minutes Firm Parts arms

w/weights
May 10:
63 minutes walk/jog in the park with DH, average heartrate 145, in the zone!
Total: 471
I MADE IT TO THE BEACH!!!!!
