    Total = 260 minutes and stranded somewhere in between NC and the Hamptons :-(

    May 4: 58 minutes heavy, sweating housework

    May 5: 4 mile jog/walk 62 minutes. Hauling yard debris and bags of grass and sticks and wood 58 minutes. Misc additional yard work and house work 2 more hours I won't count today. But I'm pooped!

    May 6: 88 minutes-combo of 48 minute treadmill walk, 40 minutes running up and down stairs, climbing ladders and hauling stuff to the attic. I put it all in a huge pile first and moved it all at once to work up a sweat! : )

    May 7: 32 minute lunchtime walk

    May 8: 60 minutes treadmill, 4.1 mph average! Getting stronger!

    May 9: 22 minutes outside walk 28 minutes Firm Parts arms w/weights

    May 10: 63 minutes walk/jog in the park with DH, average heartrate 145, in the zone!


    Total: 471

  • 5/4-been baking and decorating all day. It uses alot of upper muscle and alot of walking back and forth. I would say maybe 30 min walking

    May 8: 45 min. yoga + 20 min walk + 60 min. hauling rocks and planters = 125 miles

    May 9: 45 min. walk + 30 min. yard work = 75 miles

    TOTAL 490/455 I MADE IT!!!

    PS) so rather than counting all of my usual yard work/house work I am only going to add the stuff that I am doind BECAUSE of this challenge as a form of exercise-that way I win both ways my house/yard get in better shape than it would without this challenge (my DH thanks you-less work for him) and I get to go to the beach.
