I did well last week and lost 2.5 lbs. woohoo!
Liz, I completely understand where you're coming from. I have been trying the Adkins thing for the past week, and it's working. I had gotten to where I couldn't lose on LAWL. I can maintain fine, but couldn't lose. I'm trying this to at least shock my body into losing again. Good luck to you...and stay with us on the challenge.


I use to be on LAWL like 6 years ago and lost a wapping 68 lbs and then met my new hubby and gained it all back and then some. So now i am going back to the gym and working out again. I haven't weighed myself yet this week. I really haven't done that well and so I will be striving to do better this week. The school that I work at is taking most of the kids to see the Omaha Royals play at Rosenblatt (the home of the world series) and I hate baseball. So I will be sitting all day which will be killing me. Anyway I will bring with me lots of snacks of veggies. Anyway wish me luck
