  • Just back from an hour walk with DH...
  • Still maintaining
    133 lbs. is the "official" # for this week.

    I'm not trying to maintain so I'm back to writing everything down and counting up those calories.

  • sounds like your 4 lbs. was a scale fluke, Dagmar. That's good!

    Went to the gym and walked 45 min with friend. Still not much but burning more than doing nothing. I have to work from 7:30-7:30 today, so I doubt any work outs will be possible.
  • Last night I went for a walk with DH and it was legs day yesterday. I got an Oxygen mag and was fooling with stuff from it.
  • Yay. First weigh in -3lbs!

  • Exercise going well...as always. Cant remember when I posted last but I had a total of 41 miles last week and I am not even marathon training.

    Eating...not so well, but I survived a visit from my mom, so if I end up even this week that will be a plus.
