    Wed. 40 mins. elliptical
  • 60 min's cardio on the step.
  • 55 min on the elliptical. Gosh I love it so much!
  • I went for a 40 minute walk during my lunch hour... Bright, sunny and cold just like I like it
  • I will chime in.. I did plenty of walking of doing errands, about an hour brisk walk!
