My plumber just called and he's done. Now I just have to pay him (EEEKKK!!)
Today was my weigh in day, and I decided to just go ahead and do it. Since Feb 1st, I gained 1 pound. I had weighed a week or so into the month, and had lost a few more, so I really probably put on about 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks, but I'm not going to let it stress me out. 1 pound in a month is not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I don't know if I'll have time tonight to cook a healthy meal, but I'm definitely back on full force by Saturday!
Carri - I'm glad you survived hump day! You'll thank yourself for not eating the Chinese when you have your next loss on the scale!! Hang in there! You can do it! Going to the gym will really help with energy and weight loss! I'm ready to get back on a regular schedule (now that I can shower when I'm done!

It sure feels like I'm cursed!!
to get back on plan! We can do it! And Friday night sounds fun! He cracks me up! Just pick a place where you can eat as close to on plan as possible (for me that would NOT be Chinese! or Mexican! (can't say no to the chips and salsa), or Italian!)
I'm sorry your week has been bad. It sounds very stressful. Don't let not losing get you down. Sometimes that happens and very commonly for me during a stressful time like you are having. Keep with it! It's for a happier and healthier you. I wish there was something I could say to help you. I hope things get better (or at least more bearable) at home. Hang in there!
