Had an awesome workout this morning. I woke up and was on the road at 6:30. I had to pick my vehicle up from being repaired. I was rear ended in November. I am very happy to have my own vehicle back. Then I went straight to the gym. My watch said I burned just over 500 calories. It was great.

I see a pattern here. I need to mix up the lunch think a little bit better. I am going ice skating with my kids this afternoon. This should be a good workout too as none of us know how to skate and I will have to hold up my 4 and 6 year olds.
