Went out for dinner yesterday and subsequently wayyy over my cals. Hmm looks like socialising on 1200 is going to be tough. Steady on 133.1 this morning though so looks like no damage done
Ugh I don't know what is going on with my body. Managed to NOT overeat for Thanksgiving though but seriously its like the scale is picking random numbers at this point.
I've got new plan that I want to follow until Christmas which will be my next planned cheat.
Super late night last night so first meal today was lunch hoping for a good loss tomorrow.
