You don't have to post your weight if you don't want to, though some of us do. You can just post your lbs lost/gained since your last weigh-in.
Here's the thread for June's weigh-ins: Flex Weigh-In, June, just to show you how different people go about it. You probably already checked it out, though, so sorry!
Then, as people go along posting their losses/gains, they also either add to or subtract from the group total so that it's easier to keep track of how the whole group has done for the month.
