keep pluggin.....its ok to switch but only every 7 days. you can do it! im right here next to ya go for it and congrats on the 4 1/2! 1 lb= 4 lbs resistance on your bod so 4 lbs is a big diff

I would say fit a small workout in whenever you can if finding time to go to the gym is a problem. Maybe take the baby for a walk....if you do it before naptime you bring home a sleeping baby.
