me too dont see much change in my clothes... but i know there has to be some... I do see that my legs are slimming down .. and my boobs lol... But i also had a lot of those stretcy tops, big t's and the stretch denim jeans so .. we should all do a check with the tape measure.. and write our measurements down for ourselves .. so we can see that we are making progress...
these days off have been bad for me I guess I am so used to the structure... eat my cereal go to work.. eat my lunch... back to work... run home change clothes go to work out .. come home.. eat a healthy choice... walk chai ... go to bed... lmao

(not with my eating and exercise). I have been trying to do some research on liquid diets. I know, I know
stupid of me. Here's the thing I am in a catch 22 here. I am in so much pain from my boobs (headache, neck, back and shoulder pain ) that I am having a hard time exercising. Yesterday I woke up with so much pain in my back that I COULD NOT exercise even though I REALLY wanted to. In order to get my BR I have to lose weight and in order to lose weight I have to exercise. I am so desperate to lose the weight, so I can get the BR, so that I can stop being in pain that I have resorted to looking at liquid diets online
