just catching up on some reading. in the meantime, here's a pic of my fur baby! i love her to death. i had an incident where some guy tried to break into my house one day and she stood beside me the whole time barking. she finally calmed with the police arrived. i guess she could sense my relief. in case i didn't mention, I LOVE HER! JUST LOVE HER.

oh, also, i saw a pic of a very similar pup that was adopted. i believe the dog is a cross between lab/collie. my dog was also adopted from a shelter. her paper read lab/collie cross. our dogs have similar white markings (although my dog's white mark is smaller). click on pic to enlarge

Vix, I'm so sorry. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I just got home from work and I am exhausted. My feet are KILLING me. I am not used to standing for 4 hours straight. So, can I count that as exercise? ; (kidding). Im working tomorrow night and Sunday as well so I hope that my feet feel a bit better by tomorrow!

Dora, I'm sorry you're feeling out of place. We tend to get into many different subjects in addition to exercise and weight loss. What are some of your interests or favorite things to do/watch/read? I can almost 100% guarantee that at least one of your Blue team member's will share your interests and want to chat about them.

Vixjean, I'm so sorry to hear about your Uncle. I will be praying for you and your family.

Moon Fairy...our dogs do look a lot alike! Lab and Collie, huh? That means big, right? Oh boy....I have my work cut out for me.

Hubby and I walked again today...30 minutes. Its not the hour I planned, but it's better than nothing. Hope everyone has a nice peaceful evening. I'll be back tomorrow.

I walked 3.5 in 50 minutes tonight. I need to check the challenge and see what I can add to that.

Fearing high weigh in tomorrow. I have a lower weight from earlier in the week to post, but I would like something better. I am so bloaty with ovulation right now that if my egg does not pop tonight, I will not have a great showing.

Think of that as a big loss next week.

I didn't know the show is based off the books. I have to read them now. I'm sure they're a whole lot better like most of the times. I'll be watching episode 2 season 1 tomorrow

Maybe soaking your feet in warm water (after you come home) for about 15 minutes or so might help and elevating them too. Oh we're Lost fans too...although I set it to record tonight so I can sleep early. But I saw the first 5 mins and they keep adding to the mystery. I'll have to watch it Saturday as won't be home until late Friday night.

Hi every one im so sorry for the big blurk i posted on here last night .. it all started becuase i was pissed at myself.. turns out i think i just needed to get everything off my chest.. i was worried that the exfriend would ruin my duaghters playgroup today and it would all hit the fan.. she didnt.. I miss my hubby.. and im behind on my house work.. which also gets me down .. lol ,,, I needed to cry and blurk it all out lol.. that all.. im so sorry..

exfriend didnt turn up at playgroup and told coordinater she wont come.. woohoo.. John is not as stressed out today and im going around his parents house tonight becuase its his dads birthday.. so that will be good.. ( i wont be alone) .. The girls at playgroup were fantastic and ive been invited out for coffee .. they told me i didnt get invited b4 becuase of exfriend lol.. so a postive from a negative..

the sun is shining and we are gonna go for a walk as soon as this post is done.. I have to apologise becuase i havent read all the posts since i logged out yet so this is a me me me post lol.... i did see that some one lost ther uncle though... one minute ill go look ..

oh btw despite my over eating i am down to 272 today .. i was 274.5 at the start of this challenge.. havent decided if that is my ofical weight yet though lool .. it may be under 272 tommorrow lol.. but yay for me.. lol sorry once more for being a pain.. ( i very rarely get so emotional) i happy person.. just had a brain fart lol
