okay everyone...i'm officially in now...now that the holidays are over. I weighed myself on Saturday as it's the day i'm going to try and be the most consistent for weighing in...luckily no change since i originally posted. The other good news is that i'm back on a routine for going to the gym. My life was very busy for November and December making me only get to the gym once per week.
As i said earlier, i lost 15 pounds with the help of a valentine's challenge in this forum last year and the south beach diet. I have been able to keep it off since then and hoping to lose 10 pounds by valentine's...so bring on the games!


I have hated my body for so long now, that i am trying to really see' myself in the mirror, put on that make up-- tho before i would never do it--all to fake it until i make it hahah! I want to lose 10 lbs by feb 14.
