    Hey Sugar, here is an icon for you
    Here is what you have to do to get it in your 3FC
    1. Click on the image to see the full size.
    2. Once the image is at full size, use your mouse's right click, select "save as"
    3. Save this image on your computer where it is easy to find it.

    4. Come back to 3FC, and click on UserCP.
    5. From the left, select the option for your avitar
    6. You will want to "upload your own"
    7. Click the "browse" button, and locate the image on your computer where you saved it previous
    8. Select the image, and click save.
    And there you have it

  • Oh so this is where you are...I thought every one was to busy to post...I been wondering how everyone has faired during the holiday weekend? Well
    I have been in a holiday funk and just wanted to come clean! I havent counted all weekend the temptation has been to great and guess what I am up 2 lb~Back on track today though I am getting rid of all of those high calorie dishes, cleaning out the fridge! If I dont... I know that will be the end of me and I will continue to pack on the lbs and end up weighing more than what I started out! Just wondered how everyone else did.

    3. Below all of your other text (your ticker), enter this text:

    One thing to be wary of is if you have too much stuff in your signature, people may be wary. Just a heads up! Make sure your signature doesn't look too overloaded before saving (you can do this by clicking "Preview Signature," and make any necessary changes to make it look good!).

    I woke up this morning to SNOW! We never get snow. I live on the coast of Washington State; I was shocked!!!!!

    Hun e B. I am too getting back to basics. My eating habits are starting to get out of control, my one saving grace is that I am working out almost everyday. I fell a little short last week because of my crazy schedule, so in order to reach my goal of 1500 minutes for the month I have to work out for an hour for each the next four days. I am going to get to that goal!!!

    TOM is here and I was shocked to see a 4 pound gain at the scale!! I am also sick, but I weigh myself so often it was 4 pounds literally overnight! It scared me so bad, but I am going to get back to basics. Protein shakes for breakfast, Lean cuisenes for lunch, Yogurt smoothie with protein powder for snack, chicken and broccoli for dinner, banana for snack. I WILL GET BACK ON THE RIGHT PATH!!! The 4 pound gain kind of shocked me. Today is also my measurment day, but because of TOM I think I am going to skip it.

    If you are trying to set it up as your avitar, you must click on the attachment (picture), right click, and save it to a file on your computer.
    Then you will need to go to UserCP, select to edit your avitar, then under the box that says use your own, click browse, locate the image on your computer, and save
  • And I don't mind making these! If it keeps me busy and keeps me from eating inappropriately, it must be good, right?!

    Yikes! Just remember that unless you ate an extra 14,000 cals over your maintenance you are retaining water! Stay off the scale til tom leaves!!
