Miles to go = 23
Yesterday (Monday) I was too tired from my over-active weekend and couldn't muster the energy for a walk. However, I'm meeting my training partner at 6:15pm tonight for a walk, so no excuses today!
Here's my plan for the rest of the month...
Tuesday - 11 miles
Wednesday - cross train + 3 miles
Thursday - 6 miles
Friday - 3 miles
Saturday - Day off for birthday!
Sunday - Swim in the ocean!
Monday - I'll be flying for work all day, so no planned exercise
If I follow this plan, I'll meet my miles for the month. And, since I have a lot of wiggle room in the schedule, I can always make up miles over the weekend if I don't meet my mileage goals over the next three days.
