  • Sunday, DH and I went to the High School Track and speed walked 2 miles. Plan on doing some yoga later on this afternoon. Judy

  • Way to go lillybelle. I took Sunday off!
    This week though I think I have to step it up a bit to help me at least come close to my firecracker challenge.

    30 minutes abs and butt (yuck!)

  • Thursday, 1 hour of swimming. I love to swim and my daughter and step-daughter both love getting to go to the lake so much this year.
