I just signed up, but now I'm a little leery. I had a horrible headache and was nauseous after two days of 'conditioning'. Plus, after researching, it looks like the diet plans are even more restrictive than the conditioning segment. I was told to expect 2.5 to 5 pounds per week, but there are a lot of people out there who claim to have followed the plan only to have the counselors blame their lack of weight loss on not using MRC supplements. *sigh*
