Hi..
Last week was kind of a lazy week for me. I didn't really start getting into the swing of the exercise program I'm developing for myself until spring break, so it was really jarring to go back to school...and I slacked off a lot. :-/ Today I wanted to slack off again, but instead, I strapped on my walking shoes to go walking...I typically do about an hour and a half a day, 6 days a week. TODAY I only did one hour...because I ran a bit, too

I was so pleased. I haven't been able to run since 6th grade.
