Woo hoo, I ran a 10k race today. I actually ran every step of it, often when I try to run 10k I end up walking a little bit at some point, but not today which is a big achievement for me - possibly more of an achievement than the time. I won't get the chip time through til at least tomorrow, but the clock time was 62:30, with a very slow start before I ran over the timing mat so I may have got pretty close to 60 minutes which would be fab.
And possibly the most shocking thing of all, I'm starting to really enjoy it!

about going out at lunchtime. I'm telling you now, because if I don't go you will all

And I do so want to go, because I've been a big
yesterday - I ate LOTS of biscuits and bread and potatoes and cereal (carboholic - moi?), so I'm going to be a little
