Hi Ladies,
I forgot to share earlier. So I'm back to share.

I have been reading some fitness books and learned a few things that I would like to share. A couple of them stated that doing a workout in the following order is best.
Warm Up 5-15mins
Strength Training
Aerobic Activity 20-40 mins
The thing I love about this plan is that it cuts down on the necessary cardio time since your calories that have been taken in for the day are burnt by the time you get to the cardio, and then you are burning only fat by the time it comes for the that part. My books explained it better,

but it made since when I read through it. Plus, it's not just a single source that recommends this, there were several. It's been working out well for me.

This week, I will also through another step in and do abs right after my warm-up so that I will be sure to get it in. That's the WORST part for me. Oh yeah... I forgot to mention that I did 5 double crunches on the machine on Sat. It was tooooo funny, I went to everyone in the ab section and announced my accomplishment. LOL!!! I was so happy since I have had such a hard time doing sit ups and crunches. It may not sound like much to most, but it was enough to inspire me.
As for Ab work, I also learned that it's not about the quantity but the quality of abs exercises. Plus, we only need to do them 2-3 days per week. Well, I hope this helps and you all are having a good week.
