    Nasty!!! They always tell you that muscle weighs more than fat but I think the picture really drives it home.

    I never thought fat looked like that and if it wasn't 9:00 pm at night I'd go outside and jog right now.

    Edit: I set it as my desktop.Maybe that will keep me off the computer.xD
