) and flexing in front of the mirror - then I noticed that I actually had muscle definition - sure, flab dangles from the arms, but there was some MAJOR muscles in the bicep/tricep/shoulder/underarm/chest area. I must be the chubbiest female bodybuilder ever!
Plus, I beat my fiance at an arm wrestling match last night. And considering he's a 6'5" 260 lb. mass of muscle - I was darn impressed with myself! Plus, it surprised him, that's for sure!
Oh, and like Tuesday morning I got up at 5 to exercise again. It's hard in the morning though. I can tell my body isn't ready to be super active. But at least I got up!
