Actually did alright over the weekend, but, I played tennis on Sat and realized I was more out of breath than I wanted to be. So, I am going to start over with a whole new challenge.
Excersice:
Cardio walking/running/cross training 5 days a wk (in addition to weight training 2-3 X a wk)
When I started bagan my new healthy lifestyle I excersiced more and in turn seemed to stay much more motivated day to day. As colds have come and gone my excersice has dwindled and while weight loss is a pretty major goal it is not my overall goal. I have 3 boys that before I know it will be in sports and will want to play and I don't want to have to sit out. I will still maintain my "diet" but I would rather focus on excecising daily for endurance.

Michi - publisher...sounds like your mom might be right!! Just my opinion. Don't sell yourself short out of excitment. The right pub WILL come along and love your book so much that you won't have to pay for it. BTW I too love the afterworkout pain .
