  • I haven't been on here for a week or so I caught up my days with my weight. August was a busy month for me not having much time to stay focused and this first week in September I've had the opening shift getting up at 1:30 every morning and getting to bed later than I needed to be to get rest about 4 or 5 hours of sleep at night has really got the best of me, my coworker comes back to work Tuesday after her long vacation.. I'm so ready to get my life back to normal, then I can get my weight to come back down where it was in the 60's.. I'm not gonna let the weight gain bother me to much.. My customers are still giving me compliments, calling me skinny.. lol feels good to hear. I still want to lose about 20 more pounds though.. Hello to everyone, I have missed you all and reading everyone's progress..

  • Congratulations to everyone who lost 5 pounds or more!!

    I didn't make it, perhaps because my Starting Weight was off (due to a faulty scale). Today I weight 182.00, I was hoping for 181.00 but that didn't happen.. I have been very strict following the diet exactly so I guess it will take more time... patience, patience!!

  • Hi everyone! I haven't been around for the past three months because as you know I traveled with my fiance home to Ghana and we were married. Now I'm back in China and have returned to work after an extended amazing summer. I will say in those three months I was totally not on Atkins. This was mainly due to the power outages in Ghana that happen daily for 12-48 hours at a time. I couldn't keep any meat or cheese long enough before it went bad. I also didn't have a real oven to cook in. Anyways, I did my best. In those three months I only gained 8.5lbs back, which I will own up to and move on from because it should have been much worse than that.

    I'm back in China and ready to rejoin the group but will wait until next Sunday to start posting daily weigh ins (need time to go shopping and get over jet lag).
