Well, another day another dollar
I did stay active as I could. But did not make the gym even once. I had an onset of MS this month while not severe nontheless rendered me unstable weak and no strength left to even think of going to the gym. I stayed active except when I had to rest. But I accomplished very little during that time. It started letting up last week, and yesterday and today am almost back to self. So though I did not make my goal I did what I could.
This coming month I expect to not have another episode and if not I will make the gym several times. I have caught up on most of the things I have needed to get done around here so I will have time... Hopefully.

Not gym time, but I do want to keep track. A 5.3 mile hike this past weekend. Nice to get back outside!

I slacked after St. Patrick's Day so I won't quite be making my dance goal as tomorrow is a 90 min class. However I did make my cross training goal!
