    Thank you for the support everyone

    I have been doing some of my PT exercises, and I hope that continues to help me out, I see my surgeon Monday. I am hoping to get back to the Y, so that would be fun and great exercise once I can get back there.

    It's bitter cold here and snowy! We're supposed to get a big storm here, so much for walks around the block, I heard in PT that they have a lot of people who fall on the ice and break their ankles in the winter months. Yikes!
