  • Today: another 30 minutes on the treadmill! Proud of myself: I start at 3.2 mph for the first five minutes, then increase to 3.4 mph for 5 minutes. Then 3.6 mph for the last 20.

    Today, it went: 3.2 (five minutes) - 3.4 (five minutes) - 3.6 (five minutes) - 3.8 (ten minutes) - 3.6 (five minutes). 3.8 mph is fast for me and practically a jog, I'm short!

  • Pilates night...I feel like I wasn't trying that hard. But in reality, that's just self-condemnation talking. My strained foot is still giving me problems, but I was able to perform all movements that didn't require my feet.
