  • Monday I was back up at 157. I am now being very careful to not wander away from the beach.
  • 158.6 Despite my ticker saying I've reached goal, I still have 6/10 of a pound to go. Lost 2.6 lbs. during the last week. Yeah!!!

  • I started SB last Friday so this was my first official weigh in!

    Woo-hoo! Lost 6 pounds this week. I'm so pleased and it definitely makes phase 1, week 2 easier

    i'm at 160.7 this morning. I've lost 2.7 in one week. I think it could be better but TOM snuck up on me

    just trying to not be discouraged and get through week 2 of phase 1. i'm already planning on a week 3 (although i may be more liberal in week 3...)

  • So I'm back with my tail between my legs. In a month, I've gained 6 pounds back. I can't bring myself to change my ticker. I lost my way and my motivation, and now I'm back at square one.

    Congrats to those who have lost!
  • 159. Up almost 1/2 a pound since last week. Never cheated. Dang, this last pound is proving very, very difficult to lose.

    I know it's water weight but that's not going to detract me from my efforts, I'm well chuffed.
  • It is frustrating when you are so close to goal, the ounces seem to hang on for dear life. It will happen. It takes me a month to lose a pound or two. I am on P2.5-3 lol not sure if I want or need to lose any more so I am concentrating on maintaining.

    Penmage try not to beat yourself up it is only 6 pounds. Look at how well you did keeping the rest of the weight off. Give yourself a week or 2 on P1 to kick any cravings that might be undoing your progress. We all have our vacations from the beach, but the important thing is you are here and determined!
