Justdazed: There was a point when 3 minute runs were just as horrible as the 60 second runs were.

I do all my work on a treadmill, so I walk at 3.5 and run at 5.0 -- with a 1.0 incline.
Keep in mind:
a) I'm all legs. Like a 36" inseam on a 68" body. I can cover more ground than a lot of other people.
b) If you're moving at faster than a walk, it's not too slow. My goal is to complete the program and then work on speed to get my 5K below 30 minutes (since right now it's looking like 36 minutes).
