Another thing is I am EXHAUSTED. I cannot get enough sleep! Wednesday night I slept 10-6, then had a nap when I got home 3-6 and last night I slept 1am-9am. I just can't seem to get enough!!! I'm usually a night owl - and going to bed at 10pm never happens for me. And it's serious REM sleep too with crazy vivid dreams.

Wow some names I haven't seen in awhile, welcome back ladies. I too struggled through February-April, but I stayed on plan 80% of the days and managed to drop 21 pounds during that time, but I had a cruise, Atlantic City, a wine weekend, etc. that def slowed me down. i just got back from wi #4 and i lost 6.5 lbs, that is 21 since i started ip less than a month ago!

I also haven't eaten any of the shirataki noodles that I got last week so I'll be using those and maybe make some spaghetti! I'll probably add some julienne cut zucchini to the mix.
